I’ve spent over 20 years designing online solutions — from big enterprise platforms to small-but-mighty websites. My background is in User Experience (UX) design, and over the years I’ve worked with clients like Virgin Money Insurance, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Vodafone IoT, and Dentsu.
A lot of that time has been spent helping agencies shape better digital experiences — offering UX consulting that helps teams think more clearly about what users actually need, and how to make it all work in real life.
These days, alongside enterprise and agency work, I also love helping small business owners build a thoughtful online presence — something that feels like them, works for their goals, and doesn’t cause tech-related headaches.

What does
Serrewet mean?
Pronounced: SEH-rruh-vet → /ˈsɛr.rə.vɛt/
When I was a kid, I had a bit of a lisp and couldn’t quite pronounce my own surname, “de Wet.” Instead, I’d proudly introduce myself as “Jaco Serrewet.” It stuck — and became a long-standing family nickname that still makes people smile.
